Fieldwork Project

Interviewed this beautiful strong woman yesterday, for our Cultural Anthropology fieldwork project yesterday at Kajang. Seriously, it was my first attempt interviewing someone and I learnt a lot.

We've been working on the questions for quite some time. I feel like I should've brushed up my Malay language before the interview so I could communicate better with this single parent. On a brighter side, I have these amazing team members who constantly hinted me what to do and all.

I was feeling hungry after the interview. Knowing that Kajang is well known for their satay, we had to give it a try. However, the taste of the satay is just okay for me, all I could say is, I had better ones.
But that is totally fine, as I had a great time listening to the stories of my team members and understanding them more. We chatted for about 3 hours+ and we went back to Subang.

Overall it was an amazing day, and I can't wait to finish up our assignment!

p/s: Not being very productive nowadays because there are so much stuffs to be done.
Signing offfff.

Unexpected gift

So he passed me this huge basket in the car last Friday morning for our monthsary. My heart melted, not because of the gift but his effort, to put a smile on my face. It wasn't a very smooth week for me. However, this totally brightened up my day! He actually booked seats for our dinner at an unknown restaurant too. I enjoyed every moment :)

One of those days

Have you ever felt like you're surrounded by so many things that you hardly breathe. These are the pressures people can never understand. They say we're still young to have things to worry. But really, I just feel so depressed, maybe not always, but quite often. Have you felt the same way?

Feeling inspired!

A very random photo of myself. Hi, I am Karman :)

Hello, whoever is reading this! Obviously, I am starting to blog again.
I've been blogging since I was about 14 but I quit when I was 18.
Basically due to the hectic life I used to have in SAM programme.

But blogging once again doesn't mean that I am free. I am just feeling too inspired right now at this moment, and hence this blog post. (& the blog link)
We'll see how long this blog survives then!
